Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In System Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In System Integration, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In Different Integration Techniques And Have A Deep Understanding Of The Complexities Involved In Integrating Systems.

  • Strong Agile Methodology Knowledge: As A Principal Engineer At Toyota, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Agile Teams. Therefore, They Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, And Have Experience Implementing Agile Practices In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++. They Should Also Have Experience With Scripting Languages Like Shell Or Perl.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Using Analytical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify The Root Cause Of Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
