- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Represent Toyota in meetings with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production targets.
Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Management: A Senior Manager At Toyota Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Production Processes, Managing Budgets, And Leading Teams.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Managers And Other Employees. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Achieve Company Goals.
