  13. Act as a subject matter expert on automotive engineering topics and provide guidance and insights to the team.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures within the automotive engineering department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Automotive Engineering, Preferably With A Focus On Vehicle Design And Development

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Automotive Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Safety And Emissions Requirements

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Development Of New Vehicle Models

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Tools, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
