Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Automotive Engineering, With A Focus On Design And Development
Strong Knowledge Of Automotive Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Safety And Emissions Requirements
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
