
Senior Analyst, Procurement – Software Technology

- Conduct procurement activities: This includes researching, sourcing, and evaluating software technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process.
- Manage vendor relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with software technology vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze and assess software technology needs: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their software technology needs and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor industry trends: Stay updated on the latest software technology trends and advancements to inform procurement decisions and strategies.
- Conduct cost analysis: Evaluate and compare pricing and terms from different software technology vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for the company.
- Manage contract negotiations: Lead negotiations with software technology vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.

- Stay updated on industry regulations: Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and ensure compliance in all activities.
- Mentor and train team members: Share expertise and knowledge with junior team members and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Represent the company: Serve as a representative of the company in vendor meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Software Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiating Contracts, And Managing Supplier Relationships.
Experience In Managing Large Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner To Senior Management.
