  • Design, develop, and implement innovative automation and robotics solutions to improve production processes and drive efficiency in the automotive industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs, develop project plans, and execute projects within established timelines and budget
  • Utilize a strong understanding of automation and robotics principles to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automation and robotics technology to continuously improve processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operating procedures
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions to ensure project objectives are met
  • Mentor and train junior team members on automation and robotics principles and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all automation and robotics projects

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Robotics And Automation, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Java.

  • Familiarity With Cad/Cam Software And Experience With 3D Modeling And Simulation.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
