Release Master

The Release Master engages directly with all groups within BI and IDS. This individual must perform in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for working directly with the development team to support and deploy changes to the various test/production environments.Manage the overall release planning, release governance, risk assessment, milestone management, release prioritization, status reporting, production readiness review and change implementation. Setup Release and Post-Release support processes. Create escalation paths to cross-functional teams. Define SLAs, KPIs and implement/publish them. Release master will be responsible for submitting RFCs, providing all the necessary documentation, representing them in C-LAT and gathering approvals for releases. Manage the release end-to-end until the product increment is deployed and delivered to users in Production. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Evaluate continuously the efficiency of existing processes and procedures of change and release management and improve practices associated with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Design, develop and test automated build and deployment processes. Build automation into the release deployments using industry standard scripting languages.
