  1. Conduct quality inspections and tests on automotive products to identify any defects or issues.
  2. Analyze data and report findings to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations set by Toyota and relevant governing bodies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality tests and inspections.
  6. Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve overall product quality.
  7. Train and mentor production and assembly line workers on quality standards and processes.
  8. Monitor production processes and identify any potential quality issues.
  9. Participate in product design and development processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to reduce defects and improve overall efficiency.
  11. Communicate quality standards and expectations to suppliers and ensure their compliance.
  12. Conduct audits of suppliers and internal processes to ensure quality standards are being met.
  13. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to automotive quality control.
  14. Act as a liaison between the quality department and other departments within the organization.
  15. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Quality Engineer Technician Must Have Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data To Identify Quality Issues And Develop Solutions. This Includes Proficiency In Using Statistical Software And Tools.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Quality Engineer Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Identifying And Resolving Quality Issues. This Includes Conducting Thorough Inspections And Audits To Ensure That Products Meet Toyota's High-Quality Standards.

  • Teamwork And Communication: Quality Engineer Technicians At Toyota Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Production, Engineering, And Suppliers. Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills Are Essential To Collaborate Effectively And Drive Continuous Improvement Efforts.
