  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of vehicles and components to identify any potential quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  4. Utilize statistical analysis and other quality tools to identify trends and patterns in product defects.
  5. Work closely with suppliers to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
  6. Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, charts, and graphs.
  7. Participate in new product development activities to ensure quality standards are met from the design phase.
  8. Train and educate team members on quality processes and procedures.
  9. Continuously review and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to product quality and ensure compliance.
  11. Communicate with customers to address any quality concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to report on quality metrics and improvements.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  14. Act as a champion for quality within the organization and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventative measures to ensure product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Similar Role In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma And Lean Principles.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software And Tools, Such As Cad, Minitab, And Fmea.
