Job Description

As a Production Line Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be key in driving our production line to success.   1. Oversee the production line and ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
  3. Lead and supervise a team of production line workers, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  4. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Train new production line workers and ensure all employees are following safety protocols and procedures.
  7. Communicate with other departments to coordinate production needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to ensure sufficient materials are available for production.
  9. Analyze production data and report on key performance indicators to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve production processes.
  11. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment while promoting company values and culture.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and recommendations for employee development.
  14. Manage and approve production line budgets, including labor and materials costs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Production Line Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Familiarity With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Management And Production Line Workers.

  • Knowledge Of Toyota's Production Processes And Systems, Including The Toyota Production System (Tps), And A Commitment To Maintaining High Quality Standards.
