- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment while promoting company values and culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and recommendations for employee development.
- Manage and approve production line budgets, including labor and materials costs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Previous Experience In A Production Line Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Leadership And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Familiarity With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Setting.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Management And Production Line Workers.
Knowledge Of Toyota's Production Processes And Systems, Including The Toyota Production System (Tps), And A Commitment To Maintaining High Quality Standards.
