Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Production Line Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Production Lines, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Toyota Production System: Familiarity With The Toyota Production System (Tps) And Its Principles, Such As Lean Manufacturing And Just-In-Time Production, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, As Well As Effectively Communicate With Different Stakeholders, Is Crucial For A Production Line Supervisor.

  • Quality Control And Process Improvement Expertise: Toyota Places A High Emphasis On Quality Control And Continuous Improvement. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Techniques And Experience In Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Production Line Supervisor Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of The Production Process, Including Machinery, Equipment, And Materials. Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Is Also Desirable.
