  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and incorporate them into product development strategies.
  4. Develop and manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  6. Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product ideas into feasible concepts.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and consumer feedback to make necessary improvements and adjustments.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and innovations to continuously improve and enhance Toyota's product portfolio.
  10. Mentor and guide team members, providing support and resources to facilitate their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Development Or Project Management In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Toyota's Principles And Processes, Such As The Toyota Production System (Tps) And Kaizen.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated Success In Bringing New Products To Market, From Concept To Launch, While Meeting Quality, Cost, And Timeline Targets.
