- Develop and implement secure DevSecOps processes and systems in alignment with Toyota's cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure the protection of Toyota's critical assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the development and deployment process.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on cybersecurity and DevSecOps related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation on security procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Manage and monitor security tools and systems to detect and prevent cyber attacks.
- Communicate and present security-related updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Toyota's cybersecurity posture.
