Job Description

Ensure delivery of accurate and timely payroll processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls for a total of 50k team members across the US and Canada. Support all time/labor and payroll systems and processes across multiple businesses within the organization. Manage workload through case management system; monitor SLA’s and resolutions to support the excellent team member experience. Lead team in audit and reporting activities to support payroll analytics for all users we support. Practice process improvement techniques to build in quality and efficiencies. Participate in third-party vendor partnerships related to strategic projects, payroll/time and labor processing and delivery. Lead business requirements gathering from key stakeholders; work with internal/external partners to configure, test and launch changes related to various payroll systems

Job Qualifications

  • Payroll experience in a large, multi-state employer in a shared services environment

  • Knowledge of US wage and hour laws, payroll tax requirements and impacts to the general ledger

  • Experience with multiple HR/Payroll and Time & Labor systems, including UKG Pro, UKG WorkForce Central

  • Active American Payroll Association (APA) membership and CPP/FPC designations
