- Manage and oversee all aspects of parts and inventory for the Toyota dealership.
- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of all incoming and outgoing parts and inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new parts as needed.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of parts.
- Effectively communicate with other departments to fulfill parts and inventory needs.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of parts and inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required, Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field Preferred.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Inventory Control, Parts Management, Or Supply Chain Coordination.
Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge Of Toyota Parts And Inventory Systems Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
