  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes to ensure Toyota remains competitive and innovative.
  11. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with management to provide regular updates on process improvements and any issues that may arise.
  13. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency and quality.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise, working quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Toyota and promoting its values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Setting.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Manufacturing Process Design Tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Data To Identify Areas For Improvement In The Manufacturing Process.
