  1. Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure quality and sustainability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes to identify and resolve issues.
  5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
  7. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall manufacturing operations.
  8. Train and mentor production personnel on new and improved processes.
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes to drive innovation and improvement.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new technologies and equipment for manufacturing processes.
  12. Participate in new product development projects to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes are in place.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on process improvements and recommendations.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Process Simulation And Optimization Tools.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In Production Processes.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Team Setting.
