  1. Oversee the production process in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
  2. Ensure efficient and timely completion of production goals and targets.
  3. Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction in the manufacturing process.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure product quality and resolve any production issues.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for the manufacturing department, including expenses for equipment, materials, and labor.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes to improve production efficiency.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  12. Communicate with upper management on production status, issues, and progress towards goals.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
  14. Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues within the production team.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Practices.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience Working In The Automotive Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Toyota's Production System.
