Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Automotive Environment.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Databases, And Programming Languages.
