- Provide exceptional technical support to all employees of Toyota.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the performance and security of all technology systems.
- Keep accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with employees of all levels to understand and address their technology needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Train and educate employees on the proper use of technology systems and tools.
- Ensure all technology equipment and software are properly licensed and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT support.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role Or It Help Desk Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Macos, And Proficiency In Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
Familiarity With Networking Concepts And Experience With Network Configuration And Maintenance.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Provide Outstanding Customer Service To End Users.
