Job Description

Leading and managing a team of SailPoint developers and other IAM projects. Design and architect new SailPoint integrations leveraging API-based integrations via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other standard API frameworks via SailPoint IIQ. Liaison with Business System Analysts to understand business needs and provide design solutions. Create workflows, optimize existing identity workflows. Assist in the implementation of enterprise-scale identity management automation. Manage a scrum backlog as Product Owner. Mentor internal SailPoint developers and peers on the latest architecture and product capabilities. Troubleshoot complex and high-priority issues leading to a quick resolution. Contribute to architectural roadmaps and governance. Perform code reviews with a higher-level understanding of the overall environment, best practices, and quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the security requirements lifecycle process and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Design and architect large integrations, including workflows, birthright roles, separate duty policies.

  • SANS/GIAC, CISSP, or other related/equivalent certifications.

  • Azure AD administration & scripting experience.
