Job Description

Manage and lead technical/functional resources to implement EPM solutions on time that meet/exceed the business requirements of the users. Serve as a subject-matter expert for EPM solutions, including all matters of delivery, governance, and administration. Manage software and services vendors. Ability to negotiate and structure contracts favorable to the organization. Ensure all efforts within the team are in alignment with the company data and analytics strategy. Ensure technical and functional documentation is accurate and consistent with TFS methodology. Provide estimates and/or review system integrator estimates for technical development activities. Evaluate, design, implement, test and deliver appropriate EPM solutions within TFS business intelligence system and business context. Creates enterprise initiative plans to schedule tasks and activities, and drives initiatives through to completion. Highlight and escalate issues & risks as appropriate to project stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive years of demonstrated work experience.

  • Manage EPM team and assets with an emphasis on the functional & technical configuration of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) systems.

  • Implement leading practices within the financial planning and analytics process areas.

  • Ensure DnA standards are met, advocate for EPM best practices throughout the organization.
