  2. Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  3. Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  4. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  5. Conduct regular training sessions for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  7. Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  8. Handle employee disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and update HR policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  11. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  12. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  13. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional work environment that aligns with Toyota's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Human Resources Generalist At Toyota. This Demonstrates A Solid Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices.

  • Experience In A Manufacturing Environment: Toyota Is A Global Leader In The Automotive Industry, So Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment Is Highly Valued. This Includes Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Safety Regulations, And Union Relations.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Human Resources Generalist, You Will Be Interacting With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Necessary For Building Relationships And Resolving Conflicts.
