
HR Senior Manager
Oversee local plant team member relations/PER, staffing, leave of absence policies, total rewards site support programs, performance systems, internal communication, diversity & inclusion policies. Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload supporting HR functions and operations leadership for regional problem solving, continuous improvement to regional HR programs including, succession planning, performance management, sensing, team member relations, communication, and other programs. Provide guidance to local plant leadership and regional HR executives on critical labor relations and performance issues. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
4+ years of related experience
Experience in an HR leadership role.
Demonstrated experience being able to summarize a variety of topics quickly and concisely and for a variety of audiences.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
