Financial Reporting Analyst
Prepare Management, Audited Financial Statement support related primarily to North American Manufacturing Companies. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations primarily related to North American Manufacturing Companies. Collaborate with Shared Services groups in intercompany reconciliation. Administer fluctuation analyses and facilitate flux review. Maintain and enhance Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Comply with and support external and internal audits which include public accounting quarterly reviews, annual audits, and controls testing. Update desk procedures and relevant policies, procedures, and SOX narratives. Support key corporate, divisional, and departmental projects.
Demonstrated experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
SOX compliance or internal control experience.
Strong understanding and practice in the application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
