Facilities Mechanical Engineer
Systems optimization studies and strategy development in HVAC, Compressed Air, Chilled Water and general building mechanical and building envelope systems. Lead cost reduction team activities. Lead North American system specific working groups. Benchmark activities with others in the facility management field. The primary responsibility of this role is to support North American Manufacturing and Support Facilities Operations with a focus on cost and energy management.
Minimum 10 years Facilities Operations & Maintenance experience as skilled trades team member, group leader or specialist)
Experience with Maximo or other CMMS (Computerized maintenance Management System).
