Solve various supply chain problems related to short shipment, quantity discrepancy, and damage part resolution. Support on time part shipment and delivery from supplier to domestic cross-docks for mass production Generate various reports and processing of orders based on customer demand Monitor and communicate directly with overseas customers as well as suppliers to resolve quality problems and confirm continuous parts supply. Work with suppliers and cross-docks to manage and develop countermeasures resulting from quality flow out to the customer. Train North American suppliers on export unique processes
