Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security Management: This Role Requires Extensive Experience In Managing Information Security Systems And Processes, Including Risk Assessment, Incident Response, And Compliance Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: A Business Information Security Officer At Toyota Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Cobit, To Ensure The Company's Information Security Program Is In Line With Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Involves Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, It Teams, And External Vendors. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Security Risks And Drive Decision-Making.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies And Procedures: The Business Information Security Officer Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Creating And Implementing Security Policies And Procedures To Protect The Company's Information Assets And Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or A Related Field: Toyota Typically Requires Candidates For This Role To Have A Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Information Security, Computer Science, Or Cybersecurity.
