  10. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations to effectively manage customer escalations.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while handling customer disputes.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members on dispute resolution processes and procedures.
