Support Supervisor

This position requires a motivated, organized and experienced individual who is passionate about customer service and is focused on delivering exceptional experiences.The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or fashion setting. Previous supervisory experience is required, as well as a working knowledge of customer service software and technologies. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
