Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Tom Ford is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join our team and help us advance our commitment to driving positive social change.The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for working with local and international non-profit organizations to create social impact. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to making a difference in the world.In this role, you will develop and execute Tom Ford’s CSR initiatives and partnerships. You will also lead initiatives to promote corporate social responsibility, drive employee engagement, and create sustainable impact. You will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, tracking progress, and reporting on the impact of CSR initiatives.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as corporate social responsibility, international development, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
