
Sales Account Manager
Understanding overall global field solutions TAM/SAM of Intel account. Broaden and drive customer worldwide productivity engagements. Align and collaborate with Sales, BU’s, Marketing, and factories on global expansion of Remote Services and associated revenue improvement plans. Oversee and manage the Data Analytics group supporting the worldwide VF. Establish group communication and manage regular meeting cadence with associated Intel account teams (Management, Sales, BU’s, Operations, etc.). Develop and implement 3 for 3 goals and operational KPI’s and metrics for measurement of productivity improvements/value to Intel. Develop and build strong relationships and trust with internal and external contacts. Align clear and measurable understandings, strategies and productivity roadmap with BU/Factory management for Remote Services and Health Monitoring of TEL tools.
Must have broad experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
