Job Description

Promotes a sales culture by motivating and inspiring others to achieve individual and team goals. Manages payroll budgets and controllable expenses to ensure store’s contribution is on target. Prepares for future growth by identifying on-going hiring needs, actively recruits and hires top talent, maintaining a pool of candidates to share with corporate partners. Presents community specific marketing programs and business contacts to VP of retail during weekly conference calls. This is a very critical role and you will be responsible for all Sales Generations, Human Resources, Financial and Operational activities of the branch.

Job Qualifications

Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
4+ years of Luxury Retail experience is required
Strong ability to generate sales and manage the store effectively
