1. Receive and process incoming merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
2. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management by picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving, packing materials, and work areas.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
5. Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
6. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise to management.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including handling and disposing of merchandise in a proper manner.
10. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any order-related issues.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure smooth operations.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and mission.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
