- Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storing, and distributing of merchandise to our stores.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to promote efficiency and safety.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet daily quotas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on new merchandise arrivals and assist with visual merchandising in the warehouse.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job performance and knowledge of company processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues from store associates or customers.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And The Ability To Work Efficiently And Safely.
Physical Fitness And Strength: The Role Of A Warehouse Associate Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Merchandise. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
