As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a key role in curating and executing visually appealing displays that showcase our merchandise and enhance the overall shopping experience. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail and a strong eye for design.   1. Create visually appealing displays that showcase our merchandise and attract customers.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to ensure consistent and effective visual merchandising across all store locations.
  3. Conceptualize and execute window and in-store displays that reflect the brand's image and current trends.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve our displays.
  5. Manage inventory of visual merchandising materials and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
  6. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  7. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including the visual presentation of merchandise.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
  9. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met and provide feedback for improvement.
  10. Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions, incorporating visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, to ensure alignment on visual merchandising strategies and standards.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brand's image and target customer to effectively merchandise products.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate visual merchandising techniques and displays.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety standards, while completing visual merchandising tasks.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and supporting fellow team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Visual Merchandising Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising Software, Such As Jda.
