Job Description

As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator at TJX Companies, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and customer-centric displays that showcase our diverse range of products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can bring our merchandise to life and drive sales through dynamic presentations.   1. Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand product offerings and effectively plan and execute visual displays.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
  3. Utilize creative and innovative techniques to design and assemble eye-catching displays that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
  4. Ensure that all displays are executed according to company standards and guidelines.
  5. Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to visual displays.
  6. Work closely with store management to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising area in accordance with company standards.
  8. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  9. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve set goals.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve the customer shopping experience through visual displays.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
  12. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual merchandising efforts.
  13. Participate in store visits and provide feedback to optimize visual presentation.
  14. Travel to different store locations to support visual merchandising efforts as needed.
  15. Uphold the company's values and brand image through all visual merchandising efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Merchandising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Knowledge Of Basic Design Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
