1. Collaborate with buying and planning teams to understand product assortment and create visually appealing displays that showcase merchandise.
2. Develop and execute creative concepts for window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
3. Set up and maintain visual standards in accordance with company guidelines and brand image.
4. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are being met and make necessary adjustments as needed.
5. Create and maintain planograms to ensure consistent presentation of products throughout the store.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for visual merchandising improvements.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve and innovate.
8. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
10. Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising supplies and materials.
11. Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
12. Attend regular meetings with management to report on visual merchandising strategies and results.
