  1. Create and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's brand and standards.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and merchandising team to develop and execute visual displays that enhance the overall shopping experience.
  3. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards and guidelines are being followed.
  4. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency across all stores.
  5. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays, including window displays and in-store signage.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  7. Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, buying, and operations to align visual strategies with business objectives.
  9. Maintain and organize visual merchandising supplies and tools, and order new supplies as needed.
  10. Manage and adhere to budget constraints for visual merchandising initiatives.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues or challenges that may arise.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to source materials and props for displays.
  13. Maintain a high level of visual standards and ensure consistency across all store locations.
  14. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual displays are executed correctly and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sharing information with customers as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Experience With Visual Merchandising Software, Such As Jda Or Retail Pro.
