- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional visual merchandising teams to execute brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Create visually appealing displays and product arrangements that highlight the latest trends and merchandise.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and proper assortment.
- Train and educate store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are being met and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase props, fixtures, and other visual merchandising materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in visual merchandising across all stores.
- Participate in store openings and remodels to assist with visual merchandising set-up and execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and inventory of visual merchandising materials.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuously look for ways to improve visual merchandising techniques and processes.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times and serve as a brand ambassador for TJX Companies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Visual Merchandising Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
