  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to effectively showcase merchandise and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  2. Create compelling displays that align with brand guidelines and effectively highlight product features and promotions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure cohesive and consistent visual merchandising execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for visual merchandising improvements and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards and techniques to maintain a high level of execution.
  6. Manage inventory and supplies for visual merchandising, including ordering and replenishing as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to continuously evolve and improve visual merchandising techniques.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
  9. Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness throughout the store.
  10. Participate in store set-ups and resets, including physical tasks such as moving fixtures and product displays.
  11. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams to provide updates, share best practices, and address any visual merchandising issues.
  12. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Effective Displays

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And/Or Sketchup

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
