Previous Retail Management Experience: A Store Manager At Sephora Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Setting Sales Targets, And Implementing Operational Strategies.
