  2. Train and coach store associates on providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and maintain the store's appearance and atmosphere to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  6. Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to drive sales and meet targets.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations for store associates and provide feedback for improvement.
  8. Communicate with upper management to provide updates on store performance and suggest innovative ideas for improvement.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all store associates.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve the store experience.
  11. Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize loss.
  12. Participate in hiring and training new store associates to maintain a high-performing team.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all store associates.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for a more efficient and effective store experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Large Retail Organization

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of 15+ Employees

  • Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting/Exceeding Performance Targets
