Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Store Closing Associate at TJX Companies. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of our store at the end of each day. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. As a Store Closing Associate, you will be responsible for completing various closing tasks, such as restocking merchandise and cleaning the store. If you are a reliable and motivated individual with a passion for retail, we would love to have you on our team!

  1. Ensure the smooth and efficient closing of the store at the end of each day.
  2. Perform closing tasks such as restocking merchandise and cleaning the store.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  4. Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding store closing procedures.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns to the store manager.
  7. Follow safety and security protocols to protect the store and its assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Store Closing Associate At Tjx Companies Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Ideally In A Closing Or Liquidation Setting. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Processes And Procedures Involved In Closing A Store.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Store Closing Associate, It Is Important To Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Provide Clear And Accurate Information About The Store's Closing And Liquidation Process.
