Knowledge Of Global Social Compliance Standards: A Social Compliance Manager At Tjx Companies Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Social Compliance Standards Such As The Ethical Trading Initiative (Eti) Base Code, Fair Labor Association (Fla) Code Of Conduct, And The Un Guiding Principles On Business And Human Rights.
