- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store during designated shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided by all team members, addressing any customer concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other shift managers and store management to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Train and onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise, finding solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding sales, inventory, and employee performance, and communicate any relevant information to upper management.
