  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store during designated shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided by all team members, addressing any customer concerns or issues that may arise.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other shift managers and store management to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  8. Train and onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  9. Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise, finding solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding sales, inventory, and employee performance, and communicate any relevant information to upper management.
