  1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse on designated shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  3. Create and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and meet business goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and updates.
  8. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to be successful.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance.
  10. Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact operations and develop solutions to overcome them.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing them to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
