  10. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of expectations and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In Retail Or Distribution Operations.

  • Experience With Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supply Chain Processes.
