- Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shift to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve daily goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with other managers and departments to coordinate and streamline operations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the shift.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management team to ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In A Retail Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supply Chain Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Software.
