- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including networking, job boards, and social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future executive roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and executive search firms.
- Act as a brand ambassador for TJX Companies, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new executives.
- Compile and analyze data to track recruitment success and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters on best practices for executive recruitment.
- Represent TJX Companies at industry events and conferences to network and promote our employment opportunities.
- Continuously assess and improve our executive recruitment processes and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Executive Recruiting: A Senior Manager At Tjx Companies Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruiting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Senior-Level Positions.
Strong Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Talent Acquisition Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Strategies. They Should Also Have Experience Using Various Recruitment Tools And Platforms.
